Origin Of The Word Inspire
Word inspiration, or to inspire comes from Latin word inspirio(inspire), that Ancient Greeks used. In translation it means <<breath>> or <<to inhale>>.
Ancient Greeks used it very often to express <<pouring into the mind>> and communicating to the spirit. To Ancient Greeks it also meant to be affected by superior or supernatural influence. They believed that with the process of deep breathing one draws into him creative force.
What to do to Get Inspired?
So if you wish to be inspired and have inspiration during the day you need to breathe. There are lots of courses on how to breathe properly. Lots of us breathe only with the upper part of the lungs. And that is very shallow breathing.
To help you get inspired learn at least one breathing technique. You can check Kundalini and Art of Living techniques that are being used today by millions of people all over the world.
After our brain gets necessary dose of oxygen that is inhaled by proper breathing then it produces quality thoughts that bring inspiration and creative energy to ones mind.
To find inspiration use the nature, clean nature and breath deeply. Enjoy the sun every day for at least 20 minutes because it is going to give you vitamin D. This vitamin is very hard to input with food.
Try doing this as much as you can and you will be able to see how it is reflecting on your way of thinking.
Inspiration is defined as the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something and doing something creative.
So, have fun in finding your inspiration.
Every day you feed your mind with the things that excites you. If that is not the case, it is a great idea to start doing it.
